Membership Application Guidelines
Eligibility for Application:
-Legally registered enterprises, institutions, or organizations.
-Individuals or entities with actual business involvement or interest in cross-border e-commerce, international trade, investment cooperation, exhibitions, and promotions.
-Those who support MGIECC’s mission and constitution and are willing to actively promote bilateral business and cultural exchanges.
Application Steps:
-Visit the MGIECC official website or scan the QR code to access the application page.
-Complete the Membership Application Form and attach your business license or registration certificate.
-After submission, the Secretariat will review your application, and the results will be notified via email.
Membership Categories:
-Corporate Members: Suitable for companies, institutions, and chamber organizations.
-Individual Members: Suitable for entrepreneurs, scholars, and industry professionals.
Fee Details:
-Membership application is free.
-Annual membership fees and benefits will be specified according to the membership category.
Review & Confirmation:
-Upon approval, members will receive an official welcome letter along with a membership ID.
-Members can log in to the exclusive member area to access event information and resource services.

-Advertisement content must be related to business, investment, industry, exhibitions, education, tourism, technology, or cultural exchange.
-Content must comply with advertising and publication regulations in both Malaysia and China.
-Advertisements containing political, religious, or prohibited content will not be accepted.
